About Me

Ben “Bharat” Berwing has 20+ years experience and methodological knowledge in the areas of IT project- and process management and worked as external consultant in companies like Telekom, Bayer, Hugo Boss, Generali, AXA, Concordia.

Specifically in:

Management of large migrations, system integration and software development projects
Project management method consulting for agile, plan-driven, hybrid and virtual projects
Strategy consulting to improve development, system integration and release processes
Methodological consulting in the area of business process management

Ben studied business administration and autodidactically expanded into the field of project management in 2008 (Prince 2 Practitioner / Advanced). In 2011 he got certified as PMI-PMP®, in 2023/4 as PMI-ACP® and PMI-RMP®.

He has many years of coaching and group coaching experience and is certified as Professional Certified Coach®.

Since 2020, Ben has owns a consulting firm for IT projects and mainly teaches seminars and online courses, e.g.

Living Off the Grid from 2 Solar Panels in Cottages and Motorhomes with his 2 sons Gopal, Damodar & his better half Ananta he has Travelled Fiji, New York, Florida, Germany, and is now starting a new adventure in Portugal while working and teaching remotely.
